We completed a project of software implementation for self-service kiosks in White rainbow dental clinic, located at Moscow. The customer not only provides high-tech medical services, but also strives to automate customer administration processes. The installation of self-service kiosks made it possible to completely remove the classic reception desk with staff.
Now the initial registration, which includes filling out questionnaire, scanning passports, photographing client, printing agreement and informed consent is carried out by patients independently through self-service kiosk. The device also accepts cashless payments for dental services. All data during the registration process, photos of scanned documents and payment data are transferred to the clinic's CRM system.
According to the terms of the project, an appointment is made by phone or through specialized White rainbow mobile application then further registration, including scanning and printing documents, photographing and paying is carried out through kiosk. If necessary, Soft-logic specialists are ready to deploy a service showcase in the kiosk interface based on the clinic's website or separate web application for making an appointment through kiosk.
In addition to the functionality deployed in the White rainbow clinic, our electronic reception can also be used to automate the following processes:
1. Taking client’s photographs not only in front view, but also in various projections to increase the identification level.
2. Printing any documents — agreements, medical tests, reference information.
3. Acceptance of payment for any services, including cash, if the appropriate kiosk model is selected.
