Soft-logic company has implemented Pay-logic Payment Hub in MetaBank. Bank is represented by 45 regional branches, holding 58th place in terms of assets in Ukraine. At the moment, the software is used to automate the payments acceptance through the network of information-payment kiosks. Integration with the customer's Internet bank and transfer of the Hub's services to other channels of the bank are planned.

The following functionalities have been implemented within the framework of the project:

1. Integration by Soft-logic specialists of a large aggregator that combine over 1000 services, which have become available for payment at MetaBank's payment kiosks.

2. Integration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regional service for vehicles registration. User just needs to fill in all the data about himself and the car at the kiosk, then the service, based on the entered information, will automatically generate the amount, including duty, tax and other costs in the form of a payment cart. The client will only need to make a single payment and receive a receipt.

3. Deployment of the kiosk interface based on standard Soft-logic screens, styled in MetaBank corporate colors.

4. Integration with the core banking system — all data on payment transactions and cash collections are transferred to the banking system in the form of final entries, the rules for the formation of which are configured in the Hub according to the bank accounting model.

5. Additionally, a mechanism for self-service establishment of services, scripting is provided. The customer can perform any work to expand the service window without the participation of Soft-logic specialists, while Soft-logic specialists are always ready to provide full technical or basic consulting support.

6. In the near future, it is planned to integrate the Pay-logic Hub with the MetaBank Online Internet banking for processing payments within the framework of remote banking service.

At the moment, payment kiosks accept only cash for payment with the change transferred to other services, integration with the bank's card processing is being developed to accept bank cards for payment. In addition to the payment functionality, services for replenishing bank cards and MetaBank accounts are also offered.

We share the common vision of MetaBank in the development of a payment kiosk’s network to provide an affordable payment service based on modern software for information-payment kiosks for more than 45 thousand regular customers. For several years our company has been providing payment automation services for multi-level customers in Ukraine, we are well aware of the client market and the needs of large banks and mobile operators in the region. As a result of implementation, we hope for close cooperation on expanding the functionality of payment kiosks, as well as planned integration with MetaBank remote banking service systems.
