Mobile registrar for Smartix electronic queue


We have launched a new module for our own Smartix electronic queue system, which allows customers to queue up through their smartphones. Mobile registrar can work as a stand-alone module or as an addition to ticket kiosks. The solution is highly in demand among retailers, it allows automating customer flows for the provision of any services — sale of goods, service, dispensing orders, processing loans, and much more.

How it works

For queuing, client scans a QR code with his smartphone with a link to the electronic queue web application. Then he selects the required service, enters the phone number and waits for his turn.

QR code can be placed on static banners, flyers, or any interactive device, such as TV, tablet, etc.

All interaction with the system is carried out through the smartphone screen. After selecting the service and entering the phone number, client is shown a screen with the coupon number and number of people in the queue.

Web page checks the status of the dispensed coupon on the server and after the employee is ready to accept the client, displays a new web page with a call to the service point in the hall, service counter, etc.

Solution contains customizable functionality that at the customer's option allows sending SMS to the client to the specified number at the time of queuing, indicating the queue number, as well as SMS at the moment the manager is ready to accept and provide the client with service.

Advantages of the mobile module

Solution allows to offer customers the most modern service for automating the receipt of services. All that is needed for interaction is a smartphone.

For the customer, it becomes possible to reduce the number of expensive ticket kiosks. In addition, it is no longer required to maintain kiosks, track performance monitoring, change the receipt papaer. It is also possible to refuse electronic displays, all information is displayed on the screen of the client's smartphone.

Prospects

If the customer is already using a standard electronic queue with paper coupons, the Smartix mobile queue recorder module can be easily integrated into the existing system. The solution is extremely in demand among modern users and will gradually allow them to completely remove self-service kiosks. The technology qualitatively reduces the cost of equipment, flexibly adapts to solve any tasks of automating client flows.
