The main goal of implementing self-service kiosks and
electronic queue system from the Soft-logic company was to automate the queue for payment and dispense of goods. Customers making an order on the online store website should be able to independently and in an organized manner, without the participation of sales office managers, confirm, pay and receive invoice documents for goods.
As result of the project, the system was deployed in 120 offices, use 180 ticket kiosks (based on self-service kiosks) for selecting, paying for orders and receiving tickets for services via the electronic queue, 180 electronic displays for displaying information about the priority and 300 operator’s workstations for working with clients. The solution uses 1 single server for the entire network.
Additionally, we use our own
speech synthesis service for electronic queuing in ETM offices to deploy a voice assistant system with short launch time, quick scenario configuration, simple changes to voice notifications and with minimal costs.
Our software fully meets the requirements of the largest retailers for service automation systems, payment acceptance and electronic queue systems.
