Implementation of Pay-logic software for Optima Bank


Soft-logic company announces the implementation of Pay-logic Processing Center in one of the largest Kyrgyzstan banks, OJSC Optima Bank. The customer is one of the three major financial institutions in the region, holds the first place in terms of assets, includes 55 branches and network of 142 payment kiosks, which now use Pay-logic software features.

Pay-logic Processing Center implementation project at Optima Bank include:

1. Implementation of cash and bank card payments in favor of 191 local services, including providers of cellular communications, Internet, telephony, utility services, payments to the state budget and other.

2. Development and implementation of corporate interface for payment kiosks at the bank’s request.

3. Implementation of replenishment services for bank cards and accounts through bank self-service kiosks. Additionally, implemented operations with bank accounts and cards in different currencies — depositing not only soms, but also, for example, dollars.

4. Complete elaboration of all accounting branches on the side of the Payment Hub, maintaining the business day and uploading all entries to the core banking both online and offline.

5. Implementation of the swallowing bank card functionality through payment kiosk, if it is marked as fraudulent in the Fraud monitoring system.

Optima Bank is one of the largest banks in Kyrgyzstan, striving to maximize its presence and ensure a uniform coverage level for all county regions. The bank pays special attention to customer focus and the implementation of modern automation technologies. Our solid experience working with financial institutions, including CIS countries, allows us to provide software solutions that meet the stated requirements, significantly improve the quality and level of services for bank customers, taking into account local characteristics.

In addition to payment kiosks, Optima Bank actively uses software for the cashier’s workplace in its branches based on the Pay-logic system. Cashier’s workplaces used to pay for services of different providers. Cash register’s software supports cashier shifts and banking day with transparent functionality management in the back office of the Payment Hub. Implemented work with cash collections and the ability to build various reports using the Bank forms.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to participate in the development of payment solutions for large banking structure of state scale. Our software products not only brought new functionality to the bank's payment kiosks and cash desks, but also created the basis for further expansion of the self-service devices capabilities. We hope that by analyzing the development prospects of the implemented Pay-logic software, we will be able to further demonstrate the flexibility and functional variability of our system.

In the future, it is planned to expand the integration points of the bank with the Pay-logic Payment Hub and extension of payment services to other channels, such as online and mobile banking. As well as expanding the types of self-service devices and their functionality, for example, the installation of automatic deposit machines for the purpose of self cash collection of organizations with instant crediting to the account.
